Types of Media We Produce:
TYPE 1: Promotional
Info-Film Duration: 5-15
minutes
Uses: As a DVD, On the Web, In Stores, At Community Events, At Trade
Shows
Price Range: $7,500-$50,000.00 ($1-3,000.00 per
minute)
Description: An Info-Film is a 5-15 minute film which tells the
story of a company, group, person or cause; a complete, compelling film about any story. Think a “60 Minutes”
piece; a Nova episode; a Discovery Channel profile. It is a professionally produced, filmed
story.
Process: We meet with the Client to find the heart of their story. We
research their entire story and focus in on the most compelling aspects. We write a complete outline with
Voice Over narration. When we come to film, we spend 3-5 days filming, depending on the complexity of the
production, and if the Client continues to provide us with things to film. We film the facility, interview
the Owners/Managers/Clients/Others on camera and get all the other shots and sound bites we will need. We
then edit together the film from all the material we produced, plus use any footage or product photography
that the client may already have. Near the end we cast a voice over actor to narrate the film. We create
custom Graphics and Music. We will deliver a cut of the final film in about 60days for Clients Notes. Then we
go back and incorporate their notes and make final adjustments. We then add all the Titles and Final
Graphics. We deliver the final film in three formats: on a DVD, as a Mini DV video tape, and as a Link to the
media for streaming from the clients web site. For a more complete description of the entire process

moves the viewer in a visceral way. No in depth information, but connects the product or service with the
viewer through excitement, drama or humor.
Process: We first have phone conferences with the Client and key
Staff to learn about their business. Then we research Client’s existing marketing materials and create an
outline for the style and tone of the commercial. Client must sign off on the concept. On the day of filming,
we film the best parts of the facility, interview one or two key staff, plus and a few testimonials from
happy customers (Client must provide this). We film all the other action shots you must have in order to make
a commercial compelling. We edit a 30, 60, or 90 second commercial from all the material that we can get. We
add the right type of Voice Over copy and Music, and at times we will work with special graphics and color

Description: A Green Screen shoot is when you film a person on a
Green Background so that you can replace the Green with any kind of filmed media including a Web Page. This
is done everyday by the Local TV Weatherman. In our case we film a Client and then superimpose their images
onto their web pages. We make them the “hosts” of their own web site. They and their staff become the stars
of their Web Site. Soon, most web sites will have a Host walking you through your visit to their various web
pages.
Process: We have a phone conference with the Client to learn about
their business, do some basic research and then write some dialogue for the Client to speak on camera during
the various segments. On the day of filming, the client comes to our office to shoot their On Camera pieces.
This takes 1-2 hours depending on the volume of segments. Then we pick the best takes and deliver 1-3
segments to be used on various web pages that have been pre determined. We deliver the final media to your
